Interconnected Effects
Our anxiety can negatively impact our sexuality and our sexuality can make us feel anxious. This course looks at how anxiety and sexuality affect each other and ways we can all become healthier in these areas.
This course is designed for single and married adults. A separate Teen Edition of Sex & Anxiety is also available.
The course is divided into six lessons, each taking approximately ten minutes to complete. The intent is for a person to do no more than one lesson a day or even a week, to give time to process each lesson before continuing. A final "Next Steps" lesson is very short.
