Instructors

Executive Director Josh Glaser

Josh Glaser is the Executive Director of Regeneration Ministries. He is also the creator of Awaken: Strength, Heart, Mind, and Body–a robust, year-round course for men seeking deeper union with Jesus as their way to sexual integrity. He is also the coauthor of Treading Boldly through a Pornographic World: A Field Guide for Parents (Salem Publishing, 2021). Josh is a Certified Guide with Jay Stringer’s Unwanted course, has served on Desert Stream’s Living Waters Leadership Training team, and is a student of the late John Paul II’s teachings on Theology of the Body. Josh holds a Master of Arts degree in Biblical and Theological Studies from Denver Theological Seminary. He is a speaker, writer, and blogger with a pastor’s heart. Josh has been married to his wife, Jamie, since 2001 and together they have five daughters and a son.

Pastor, Coach Vern Tompke

Vern Tompke is the lead and founding pastor of Chilliwack Vineyard Church in Chilliwack, Canada. He is the host of the podcast, Finding Traction where he discusses his personal journey and strategies for recovery from pornography addiction. He leads support groups for pastors who have found themselves ensnared in pornography and other sexual addictions and does private coaching.

Executive Director Jeremy Waldridge

Jeremy Waldridge is the Executive Director of Pure Life Alliance and the founder of the annual Xposed Conference, which unites ministries across the Pacific Northwest to advance biblical conversations around sexuality and healing. He is passionate about creating safe, transformative spaces where faith communities can engage with truth and grace. Jeremy has been happily married to his wife, Brianna, for 24 years, and they are proud parents to their son, who is currently a freshman at Oregon Institute of Technology. When not working, Jeremy enjoys hiking Oregon’s waterfalls, spending time with family, and finding humor in everyday moments.

Matt Riley

As the Development Director of Be Broken, Matt overseas ensuring that Be Broken has the proper resources and systems in place to be most effective in fulfilling the mission. In short, Matt's role is to minister to the Champions of sexual wholeness. A former pastor and missionary, Matt leads a weekly men's integrity group at his home church, Ss. Peter & Paul Orthodox Church, in northwest Pennsylvania. He is married to Katherine and they live in Edinboro, PA with their four teenage children.

Men's Ministry Coordinator Dan Wobschall

Dan is the Men's Ministry Coordinator at Be Broken. He serves as a Purity Mentor and trainer, and is Regional Manager of our Gateway to Freedom workshop in Florida.

He has significant experience in one-to-one mentoring and speaks nationally on sexual integrity and discipleship. Dan is writer for multiple websites.

Pure Life Academy Instructor John Fort

John Fort, MST, is the Director of Training for Be Broken. He is also the co-founder of the annual Sexual Integrity Leadership Summit.

He has a background in science education at the secondary school level and online corporate training for high-tech corporations. His own sexual brokenness derailed his former career. However, after 30 years of recovery God led John to helping others break free from sexual brokenness and pursue sexual integrity, where he has served in ministry since 2008. John is the author or co-author of over 10 books including Father-Son Accountability: Integrity Through Relationship and Honest Talk: A New Perspective on Talking to Your Kids About Sex.
